В этот раз процессы были глубокие, связанные с проживанием горя, тревоги и безысходности. Но, тем не менее, было состояние лёгкости.

И вновь погода добавила экстремальности и без того экстремальному тренингу «Закапывание в землю» 18 июля‼️
Дождь хоть и давал передышку, но закончился только тогда, когда закончился тренинг. Вода периодически просачивалась в ямы, и её приходилось вычерпывать подручными средствами.

Неделю назад мы вернулись из очередного алтайского путешествия!
Энергии большого города очень жёстко «приземляют» в повседневную реальность. И это одна из особенностей возвращения из мест Силы.
Тем не менее, такие поездки необходимы как воздух! Находясь в своей «зоне комфорта», невозможно увидеть новые возможности. Наше привычное окружение не позволяет нам расти🙁
