وهذا كاف في مطلوبية الاجتهاد، وأن الأمة تحيا مادام فيها مجتهدون محتسبون وتموت بانعدامه؛ لأن الاجتهاد مركزه العقل فهو يحركه وينميه، فإذا ما توقف عن الحركة يصير لا قيمة للإنسان فهو والحيوان سيان؛ وبالتالي فالأمم تقاس وينظر إليها نظرة اعتبار باجتهاداتها ومبتكراتها ومباحثها العلمية، وليس بوضع الحافر على الحافر. ✍️ منير محمد نافع.
