Как обновится. Скачивайте архив, заменяйте старый файл morkovin-noindex-page.php у себя на хостинге на аналогичный из скачанного архива. Плагин на хостинге, скорее всего, лежит здесь: wp-content/plugins/morkovin-noindex-page. Либо деактивировать и удалить старую версию плагина, после загрузить и активировать новую.
