Фишка ЗОЖ не в том, чтобы «никогда не откатываться» — это утопия. Фишка спокойно замечать, что ты в откате. ⛔️не зависать в привычной яме «опять у меня не получилось - какая я никчемная - сколько можно». ✅принять случившееся и задать себе вопрос: «а что мне сделать, чтобы выйти из отката?» Кстати, эта фишка работает не только с ЗОЖ. Идеальное начало дня - впервые в своей жизни сесть на шпагат, побыть наедине с собой и вкусно позавтракать. ✅Напоминание Для качественных изменений нужно время и даже самые маленькие шаги бесценны. Во всем, в режиме питания, сна, спорте будут откаты, провалы, но они будут на пути. И даже если не дойти до цели, можно стать лучше. Нет, не лучше других. Лучше вчерашней себя🫶

Моя запретная любовь - вафли без сахара из ВВ. Сначала я их не поняла, потому что нет привычной для десерта сладости. Но оказалось, с кофе самое то. Особенно, если кофе правильный (для меня это из Кофемании)👌 Состав не идеальный, но свою функцию десерта они выполнили. От них было хорошо. Как в животе, так и на душе. Если после десерта у вас не закатываются глаза от удовольствия, то зачем он тогда вообще нужен?)

Завтрак - настроение на весь день🫶 Сегодня не хотелось ни овощей, ни зелени. Сегодня был завтрак из детства. Теплая и уютная овсяная каша. Так меня кормила мама перед школой. Конечно были и бутерброды с батоном, маслом и российским сыром. И сладкий чай. М-м-ммм. Сегодня моя каша другая.
