- كانت تُفرض غراماتٌ ماليةٌ باهظة علىٰ كل من يترُك الأوساخ أمام منزله، أو يُهمل حديقته فلا يسقيها ولا يرعاها؛ ولذلك غدت الأندلس مثالًا يُحتذىٰ في النظافة وحُسن العناية بالمظهرين العَام والخَاص. ثُم انتقلت هذه الثقافة إلىٰ أممٍ أُخرىٰ، بعدما أدرك الأُوروبيون والأمريكيون والآسيويون قيمة المُحافظة علىٰ نظافة البيئة وجمَالها.

- « الزوج في الإسلام له السيادة علىٰ زوجته؛ لذلك ينبغي عليه أن يتعلّم أخلاق السادة، وأن يتصرّف تصرّفات السادة، فيكُون رجلاً مسؤُولاً، عاقلاً، ذا مروءة، يتعلّم ألاّ يَهتك سرّ زوجته وألاّ يحوجها إلىٰ أحدٍ حتَّىٰ أهلها، وأن تكون في حضرته أكرم ممّا كانت عند أهلها. لأنّه إن لم يرَ نفسَه أهلاً للسيادة ولم يتصرّف تصرفات السادة لن تقتنع به زوجته كسيّدٍ أبداً».
