Путин внес изменения в указ о предоставлении отсрочки от мобилизации Президент России Владимир Путин подписал указ, который вносит изменения в другой его указ о предоставлении отсрочки от призыва на военную службу по мобилизации. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Кремля. Согласно документу, отсрочка предоставляется обучающимся в ординатуре, на программах ассистентуры-стажировки, а также студентам духовных семинариях.
