أن تهرب إلى النوم من تلك الأفكار المُزعجة وتستيقظ بعد ساعه لتجد أن الشعور تضاعف إلى درجةٍ كبيرة، أن تنام في اليوم ثلاثِ أو أربع مرات هروباً من ذلك الشعور المُثقل، أن تهرب من شوقك، والناس، واليأس، والإكتئاب، لتكتشف بعد ذلك أن لاشيء على الإطلاق يخفف من هذا .
