Проясню кое-что на простом языке. Банки США хотят, чтобы по стейблкоинам вообще нельзя было получать какой-либо доход. Они не хотят чтобы биржи платили «бонусами» вместо процентов, ибо это предусмотрено в законопроекте, тк в таком случае американцы начнут переводить свои доллары на биржи, а банковское лобби не допустят этого. Либо переделать законопроект запрещающий стейкинг и прочие плюшки, либо урезать доходность…
