По строительству домов получили аккредитацию в Сбере, уже появились на сайте домклик, в списке подрядчиков, теперь можем строить в ипотеку Подавали заявку в сбере на кредит в 10млн на строительство, первую отклонили, позже будем пробовать еще в Дом РФ У нас есть сайт который отдал знакомый, мы его переработали под себя ССЫЛКА что не хватает, или что наоборот лишнее? В частном строительстве сейчас изучаю рынок, очень большой разброс цен предлагают по строительству, сейчас ищу золотую середину Так же сейчас получаем аккредитацию в сбере чтоб можно было строить в ипотеку И будем искать банки кто сможет выдавать кредит для строительства, первые претенденты сбер и домрф Аккредитацию обещают сделать в течении недели Сейчас собираем документы

Начать год с чистого листа к сожалению нет возможности, старые проблемы по типу кассового разрыва перетянулись и в 26 В этом году делаю ставку на частное строительство, и по плану начать учавствовать в тендерах Так же в планах на год построить 1-2 дома на продажу, сейчас анализирую рынок, узнаю нюансы

Закрыл ИП которые открывал для ВБ, планировал это сделать еще зимой, только дошли руки так как пришел пенсионный который напомнил об ИП 😄

В середине июня получили дорожную карту, стоила она нам 80.000 руб, сделала полный анализ компании и по итогу двух недель получили два файла, первый анализ ситуации, второй дорожная карта как эту ситуацию исправить, каждый шаг расписан по этапам что зачем делать. Информация была не новая, но теперь была понятна хронология исполнения Так же нам предложили внедрить все действия, всего 5 этапов и 12 шагов, по стоимост…

В ремонта квартир решили провести аудит отдела продаж Сейчас выбрали с кем будем взаимодействовать, уже было два созвона, рассказал всю информацию про компанию как и что устроено На этой неделе будет еще созвон с менеджерами по продажам и замерщиком По итогу мы получим рекомендации в улучшении отдела продаж, что нужно внедрить и что улучшить Будет дорожная карта как и что должно быть После общения с ним уже увидел …

Продал на прошлой неделе Сузуки, очень на долго завис, доход с него всего 20т, куплен был 25 ноября и продался только 19 апреля Сейчас купил еще две машины, поло 10 года за 465т И калину 9года за 195т Сейчас обе машины в подготовке, думаю к середине мая уже будут готовы и опубликованы на авито

Март начался с чистки сотрудников С первого марта убрали маркетолога с которым работали с июля, за первые два месяца взяли 1 объект в работу, с потраченным бюджетом 500к ✌🏼 Так же убрали должность менеджера по подбору персонала, работала удаленно на окладе, обязанности выполнялись не в полном объему, решили сократить, с апреля приступил к работе новый сотрудник, оплата по факту закрытой вакансии Сейчас роль маркето…
