Попытка достичь социального и карьерного успеха порой является лишь способом убежать от фундаментальной внутренней пустоты. Это я зашла в инстаграм и посмотрела рилсы некоторые. Больше не буду. Пойду читать не ТОЛЬКО ФРЕЙДА🎓
Когда речь заходит про психоанализ в кругах несведущих (к сожалению часто это и психологи) я слышу почти всегда только одну фамилию-Фрейд. И взгляды у него не те, и идеи его устарели, и вообще ПСИХОАНАЛИЗ это ерунда! Удивительно, что обычно в противовес приводят КПТ и его третью волну (естественно), но не говорят ТОЛЬКО про Бека. Тут же и про Эллиса вспоминаем, и про Хейса, сюда же обязательно надо пристроить Янга. И…
