На фото наш результат после двухчелюстной ортогнатической операции. Интересно, что для пациентки это уже второе ортодонтическое лечение. В первый раз проводилась только компенсация - перемещение зубов и результат не удовлетворил пациентку ни эстетически, ни функционально. Мы взяли ее на операцию по протоколу Surgery First. Результат через месяц после операции 🔥 Проведена гениопластика Chin wing с целью удлинения нижней трети лица. Увеличена проекция подбородочного отдела нижней челюсти, сформирован более четкий шейно-подбородочный угол. Хочу обратить внимание, что все эти манипуляции можно провести для улучшения эстетики лица без применения ортогнатической хирургии.

Пациент со злокачественной опухолью в полости рта, которая распространяется в кость. Наша задача была убрать опухоль, фрагмент нижней челюсти и одновременно его восстановить малоберцовым лоскутом. Операция прошла успешно.
