Почему так часто пропадаешь? Это вопрос у меня к себе после того, как я начала вести канал Очень высокая загруженность у врача терапевта, однако Не просто людей лечишь, а еще какие то планы выполняешь, пытаешься разобраться куда кого направить, пишешь какие то километровые протоколы, мучаешься с больничными Все таки, в универе должен быть предмет, на котором объясняют РЕАЛЬНУЮ работу врача, а не вот эти ваши клиниче…

Недавно была пациентка с АЛТ и АСТ под 300 и болями в мышцах Сразу думаешь про статины и действительно, она принимает Розувастатин Конечно на всякий пожарный я решила ей назначить анализы на инфекции, ну мало ли что А вот теперь я сижу, читаю, что делать, если на статинах такие цифры печеночных ферментов, а без них высокий риск заработать себе инсульт и инфаркт Так как клин реки для моего СДВГшного мозга слишком…
