يأخذوا قبل الاكل ب 10-15 دقيقه اما ال Nitrate بتعمل Relaxation لل Smooth muscle عبر ال cGMP ... isosorbide dinitrate5-20 mg orally (immediate-release) three times daily; 2.5 to 5 mg sublingually three times daily 🔶Sublingual isosorbide dinitrate is more potent and has a faster onset of action compared with nifedipine.
