من طبق تجربه و مطالعاتی که داشتم ریت های مضرب ۳۰۰ احتمال فلاتر بالاست که اینجا ریت ۱۵۰ هست و بعد از اون به لید های تحتانی نگاه کردم و خب Baseline دیده نمیشه

درود درد اندام تحتانی بیمار ارتباطی با UTI ندارد و مربوط به همان تنگی کانال نخاعی است آزیترومایسین تاثیری روی کلبسیلا ندارد ، هر چند در آنتی بیوگرام به عنوان داروی Sensitive نام برده شده است با توجه به UTI سمپتوماتیک و مقاوم بهتر است آمیکاسین به مدت ۵ تا ۷ روز به بیمار تجویز شود ، و دوز آمیکاسین بر اساس میزان GFR تنظیم بشه
