همچنین شایسته است بندی در قرارداد پیشبینی شود که در صورت برگزاری کلاسها بهصورت مجازی، امکان لغو قرارداد برای دانشجویان فراهم باشد تا از بروز مشکلات مشابه ترمهای گذشته و استناد به انعقاد قرارداد برای عدم امکان لغو آن جلوگیری شود.
