Съездила на урок макияжа. Рассмотрела фото и решила, что надо уколоть ботокс и научиться подмигивать. Планирую через какое-то время поехать что-то более сложное попробовать научиться делать. + все ещё в поисках мастера, который научит делать укладку и французский твист.

Я тут такое узнала, такое. Хотя это было элементарно. Короче, вот эта кнопка на будильнике, которая snooze/отложить, это просто демон в овечьей шкуре. Мы выходим из сна, кто как, кто попроще, кто посложнее. Но! Когда мы заново засыпаем, и вот так по кругу просыпаемся пару раз, мы просто сводим свой организм с ума. Он не понимает что происходит. Не могла не поделиться этим открытием, потому что я раз 5 точно сбиваю…

Сколько может стоить спортивный костюм? К слову, теннисная юбка Nike в Лужниках вчера была замечена за 12 000 рублей. А за этот костюм я отдала 2 000 рублей с хвостиком. Искренне рекомендую туда периодически заходить, можно найти вещи за смешные деньги, про которые все позже будут спрашивать откуда они.

Внезапный и неожиданный пост. Но реально вкусно так, что пальчики оближешь. Альтернатива оливье: • Режем кубиками пару авокадо • Берём свежие огурцы, кладем в пакет, солим и немножко вымещаем на них злобу и оставляем минут на 30. Можно я расскажу как не надо вести бизнес? На случай, если у меня здесь есть владельцы шоурумов и брендов или, ещё лучше, их сотрудники. Совершенно неожиданно меня вчера отхлыстали и отшлепали. Дело было, внезапно для меня, на массажном столе. Не могла с вами не поделиться. Ну а по теме если. Девочки, по опыту, есть какой волшебный эффект у таких действий? В доме открыли студию, я хотела проработать и расслабить мышцы, а у них акцент на похудение. Обертывания, мед, скалки - вот это все.
