Год, как я регулярно (!!) занимаюсь спортом. Как же давно хотелось так написать)) 3 раза в неделю: бокс + две тренировки на дорожке / степпере / различные упражнения с гантелями. Я не очень люблю тренажеры, поэтому с весом, по старинке 💪 Что меня мотивирует: 1. ощущение после тренировки - прилив энергии и желание что-то делать 🔥 2. результат - вижу, как меняется тело, хочется еще лучше ☺️ 3. похвала - это мой стим…

Обещала рассказать про комплект для занятий с малышами “Skylark English” от umnitsa.ru. Летом я начала использовать его с ребятами в группе 1,5-3 года (по совету @nattelove). Занятия с малышами у нас выглядят так: 30 минут занимаемся по программе + 30 минут свободные активности, по желаю ребенка. Родители присутствуют, поддерживают, участвуют. Час проходит полностью на английском (как и общение за пределами заняти…

В августе мы снова едем в Здрава Дачу с ребятами из @deepdiveekb 🎉 Уже через две недели полностью погрузимся в английский на 2 дня!! #фотодня Приехала за Львом к родителям 🎉Три недели пролетели, классный был опыт и для него, и для бабушки с дедушкой, и для нас с мужем)) Он нам практически не писал, не звонил, был слишком занят «работой». На огороде с бабулей много дел 😅 Наелся ягод, выучил множество песен, готовил булочки / супы / котлетки, научился играть в шашки и шахматы, почти освоил велосипед.
