Необычное предложение от Сбера по вкладам. Вклад со ставкой, привязанной к ставке ЦБ. Сбер предлагает ставку ЦБ минус 1. (Хм, логичнее было бы плюс 1). Т.е. сейчас это 19% (20-1). ЦБ поменяет ставку, на 2й раб.день соответственно изменится и ставка и по вкладу. Вклад можно открыть на срок от 6ти месяцев до 3х лет. Ставка одинаковая для любого предложенного срока. Любите ли вы кофе! А если еще и кэшбэк 100%? До конца мая Альфа банк начисляет кэшбэк 100% за кофе в кофейных аппаратах в магазинах пятерочка. Распространяется на 1 напиток каждую пятницу. Не знаю, насколько вкусный там кофе, не пробовала, но кэшбэк очень "вкусный". По сути, это 1 бесплатный кофе по пятницам.

Интересно, почему у нас так активно поощряется потребление. 🤔 И не дают покоя люди, которые позаботились о себе и могут себе позволить безработную жизнь. Вот допустим человек честно трудился долгие годы, получал зп, платил все положенные налоги и откладывал, копил, чтобы чуть раньше выйти на пенсию и жить на свои накопления. Раз в год и палка стреляет. Сегодня это про акции ВТБ. Довольно долго эти акции считались токсичным активом. Уже несколько лет банк не платил дивиденды. Цена акций либо снижалась, либо топталась на месте. И все эксперты дружно советовали от них избавляться. И вот вчера, вышли новости. Рекомендованы дивиденды. Заметьте, еще даже не одобрены и не факт, что будут выплачены. И на этой новости акции банка ракетой вверх…
