Подмосковный Минсельхоз облегчил нам задачу по суду, который должен пройти уже в ближайший вторник. Оттуда пришёл отзыв, что процедур снятия с учёта несуществующих по факту мелиоративных сооружений в Минсельхозе нет и все действительно решается через суд. На участке почти закончена расчистка. Убрали почти всю поросль, кроме нескольких берёзок. В этом году было дождливое начало лета, земля долго была сырой, и расчистку приостанавливали, чтобы тяжёлая техника не превратила размягчённый верхний слой почвы в глиняное месиво. Однако расчистку все равно нужно было закончить, чтобы к окончанию решения вопроса о переводе категории земли и началу строительства площадка уже …

Статус на сегодня: — Геодезическая съемка завершена на 70%, будет закончена после окончания очистки территории. — Зачистка участка завершена на 30%, окончим к середине марта. — С заменой ВРИ также планируем закончить в марте. Как и планировали, на межевание планируем выходить к началу апреля.

К работе на участке приступили геодезисты. Они готовят трехмерную карту участка, которая потом будет использована для детального проектирования дорог и коммуникаций и размежевания участков. Выход техники для расчистки участка долго откладывали — при такой слякоти тяжелая техника мгновенно бы привела участок в нетоварный вид. Но сейчас подморозило, и уже на следующей неделе техника выходит на участок.
