Моё мнение: по итогам перехода на платеж «за сотку» владельцы таунов и небольших участков в Палникса будут поражены в своих правах. Итог кооперативного РЕФЕРЕНДУМА 😁очевиден: кто больше платит — тот и решает, сколько и за что дальше платят остальные) Голоса малых и средних участков никакого влияния более не окажут. Судя по аппетитам эффективного тандема кооператива и застройщика нас ждёт полный девелопмент 😁 Во всяком случае в переулке Сказочном на днях вырубили под освоение небольшой лесок, а чуть дальше полностью засыпали глубокий ров, куда ранее свозили снег из первой очереди 🤣 Даешь больше прибыли застройщику с молчаливого одобрения руководства кооператива!

Ну то есть кооператив в состоянии за 2,5 года пройти всю процедуру взыскания долгов, собрать все пени и пошлины. Это неплохо в отношении меня, который остаётся для них занозой в заднице 😅 Однако никак не дает ответа на вопрос как кооператоры списали (или не взыскали ранее) 50 млн рублей, а то и более 😁 Ни для кого не секрет, что в Палниксе полно «тайных» должников и тех, кто не платит по 5, 7 и даже 10 лет.
