Сегодня захотелось чего-то сладенького на завтрак 🧇 Сделала панкейки ) 2 пачки мягкого творога по 130гр 2 скупа протеина шоколадного 10гр муки (но может быть и протеина хватило бы) 2 яйца Перемешиваем и жарим на а/п сковороде 💫 Сверху украсила шоколадом без сахара, бананом и грецким орехом 🙌🏻

Готовила вчера Том Ям и это просто отвал башки 🤤🔥 Ингредиенты: Креветки 300гр ( у меня были варено-мороженые очищенные ) Кальмар в рассоле Шампиньоны 200гр Паста Том ям Кокосовое молоко 250мл Черри 250гр Лайм Приготовление: Обжарить лук с шампиньонами 5 минут на сливочном масле > добавить соус том ям и жарить еще минуты 2-3 > добавить кокосовое молоко, дать нагреться и добавить кипяток + соль,сахар, перец и варить…
