Згідно з проєктною документацією, внутрішні приміщення лікарні повністю перепланують. Зокрема, облаштують три окремі входи з пандусами. 6 липня Департамент з питань будівництва та архітектури Рівненської обласної державної адміністрації оголосив тендер на проведення реконструкції приймального відділення під відділення екстреної (невідкладної) медичної допомоги будівлі головного корпусу «Дубенської міської лікарні».

На Рівненщині вже 2 тисячі 167 жителів пройшли обстеження за державною програмою «Скринінг здоров’я 40+» станом на 1 червня 2026 року. Найактивніші пацієнти — в Рівненському районі, найменші показники проходження програми наразі — у Вараському районі. «Рівненські лікарні» нагадують про кілька важливих умов, яких потрібні дотриматись, щоб повноцінно скористатись «Скринінгом 40+».

Діагностику та окремі оперативні втручання у комунальних медзакладах Костополя частково проводять на зношеному або застарілому обладнанні. Зокрема, йдеться про рентгенівську техніку.
