В Австрии начался уже сбор винограда для вержю. Verjus – в переводе « зеленый сок» -это сок из незрелого винограда. Как правило очень и очень кислый. Раньше его часто использовался как подкислитель еды и замена уксуса для салатов. В последнее время вержю вошел в моду как безалкогольная альтернатива вину и игристому. Когда-то в конце 2024 года я заказывала окольными путями вина Кайли Миноуг в Германии, потом в конце 2025 в прессе появилось сообщение, что вина наконец-то появились в Австрии. И вот в середине 2026 года я добралась их открыть. В принципе эти вина были заказаны из-за безалкогольного прокси, по описанию которого было вообще не понятно что это и из чего сделано. А в Бургенланде на сцене Эстерхази в Санкт Маргаретен дают Тоску. Как раз к премьере погода поменяла свое настроение. Жара немного ушла и вечером дует прохладный ветерок, так что посетители охотно пьют даже блауфренкиш. Оперными винами в этом году являются также кюве блан (из пино блан, шардонне и грюнер вельтдинер) и кюве руж ( из цвайгельта, блауфренкиша и мерло) от винодельни Эстерхази.

В Австрии летние месяцы - это сезон театров под открытом небом. Обычно это место, а вернее дворец в этом парке, все любители вина знают по знаменитому Single Vineyard Summit, который проходит в сентябре. Летом же в Графенэгг проходит классические концерты. Летом время пролетает просто незаметно и иногда хочется побывать в городках где время давно остановилось. Вот мы тоже решили съездить в венгерский город Дьер. Находится он примерно между Веной и Будапештом, но немного южнее. В прошлые выходные в Вене пели и пили. Впервые в одном городе встретились Евровидение и самая главная австрийская винная выставка VieVinum. Не смотря на то, что официально опять говорят об отличной организации, посещении и тд., но было заметно, что между столами виноделов намного больше пустого места и посетители особо не толпились. Май в этом году выдался очень насыщенным на винные мероприятия. В Бургенланде сельскохозяйственная палата уже выбрала победителей земли. Каждый год, когда я иду на это мероприятие то удивляюсь сколько же еще неизвестных мелких виноделен есть в окрестностях, о которых я даже никогда не слышала. Известные винодельни не охотно принимают участие в этом конкурсе из-за качества дегустаторов. Но многие идут на это приключе…
