В общем я начал маску заново. Сделал каркас из картона, обмотал скотчем и начал класть слои папье-маше. Мне она уже нравится гораздо больше, чем предыдущая. Гладкий скотч и пленка помогут оторвать папье-маше от каркаса, так что я смогу его переиспользовать)
