Вы доверились подрядчику, которого одобрил банк, но дом построили с нарушениями. Ипотеку платить нужно уже сейчас, а где жить? Когда люди оформляют ипотеку на строительство дома, они думают примерно так: "Раз банк работает с этой компанией, значит подрядчик надежный." Вас залило канализационными стоками, что делать? На прошлой неделе собрали собственников цоколя, который затопило 13–14 июня после шторма в Москве. Ситуация прояснилась, и она двоякая.
