Традиция будет жить В настоящее время из рукоположенных тогда епископов осталось двое и они в преклонных летах. Был неочевиден вопрос - с учетом что с Ватиканом после Бенедикта XVI наладился диалог, отношения - в состоянии холодного мира, посмеют ли два оставшихся епископа повторить акт Лефевра от 1988 года и обеспечить будущее католической традиции. Лично у меня уверенности такой не было, что я отразил в моем выступ…

Почему это важно для латинского мира. Любое явление жизнеспособно при условии массовости. Традиционная католическая церковь (до 1970-х) - это сотни тысяч людей (все клирики и монахи) которые погружены в латинскую культуру как минимум пассивно. Уровень знания языка в большинстве случаев - от среднего до хорошего, и это поддерживается тем, что каждый из них обязан был читать в течение 2-4 часов литургические латинские …

Добрый день! 1 июля настоящего 2026 года состоялось, как я убежден, важное для латинского мира и сохранения латинского языка событие, хотя многие филологи на это не обращают внимание. Объединение католиков-традиционалистов (в обиходе лефевристов по имени основателя Архиепископа Марселя Лефевра, 1905-1991) решилось на не санционированные современным обновленческим (модернистким) Ватиканом рукоположения новых епископов…
