Впервые это супер летнее сочетание я попробовала в солнечной Турции и, конечно же, сразу влюбилась 😍 Хрустящая, свежайшая и сочнейшая руккола, сладкая клубника, солоноватая и нежная фета и гранатовый соус - ням 😋 Турецкий гранатовый спокойно меняйте на бальзамический крем - это тоже весьма хорошо!

Не знаю почему это блюдо обошло меня стороной и я совершенно случайно услышала о нём от подруги … но оно оно однозначно стоит внимания! Карпачо из цветной капусты ❤️ При помощи ножа для чистки овощей делаем тонкие слайсы из цветной капусты, выкладываем на тарелку, сбрызгиваем трюфельным маслом, немного солим, добавляем измельченный чёрный трюфель и слайсы пармезана. Я добавила ещё пармезановую крошку и немного хрус…

Вообще в планах было турецкое блюдо карныярык, но что такое планы, когда так захотелось пасты? 🙃 Баклажаны крупно нарезаем, засыпаем солью минут на 10, промываем, обжариваем пару минут, потом держим под крышкой ещё минут 5, добавляем фарш, томатный соус (у меня традиционно арабьята), немного горячей воды, сухой чеснок, орегано, соль. Всё гениальное - просто 👌 Хрустящий айсберг, спелый нежный авокадо, ароматные помидоры черри, жаренный халлуми и кабачок (его лучше немного промариновать с соевым, чесноком и орегано)… в сочетании с ореховым соусом просто идеально! А уж что это - закуска, салат или полноценное блюдо на ужин - решайте сами! 😋

Стейк из цветной капусты с тунцом 🥰 Тунца пол часика маринуем в смеси растительного масла, соевого соуса, сока лайма, устричного и рыбного соусов, сушёного чеснока и паприки - ну прям классика паназии, когда смешиваешь всего и побольше.
