اولاً الثقه بالنفس: هي الشعور بالقدره مع وجودها وهي لحظه في الحاضر اما ابنيها على تجارب الماضي او تفائل بالمستقبل مثلاً طالبه دخلت للسادس وهي واثقه بنفسها وثقتها بمحلها بسبب كونها متميزه بالصفوف السابقه ( تجارب الماضي) اما اذا كانت طالبه باول سنة جامعه وبالرغم من عدم معرفتها بالدراسه الجامعيه لكنها واثقه من امتلاكها الانضباط والاصرار و العزم الي راح يساعدها بأجتياز اي شي صعب يواجهه بالدراسه( تفائل بالمستقبل) ثان…

من كتاب "عقدك النفسية سجنك الابدي" فصل -الاستحقاق المزيف- استوقفني هذا الموضوع ، بمجرد انتهائي من قراءته سديت الكتاب وكعدت اتأمل بيه لفتره و بعدها حسيت ان اريد الكل تقراه سواء كانت طالبة مدرسة او جامعة او دراسات عليا وحتى الي ما كملت دراستها لازم كل وحده منا تعرف طبيعة الارتباط بينها وبين الشهادة هل هي تحس نفسها منخفضة القيمه والشهادة راح ترفع من قيمتها و تحسسها انها مقبوله بين الناس وتستحق الاحترام والتقدير.. او …
