Мне тут в комментах Дорогой @ku_kononov подкинул задачку - сравнить два стиля управления через персонажей: Миранду Пристли из «Дьявол носит Прада» и мастера Шифу из «Кунг-фу панды». На Неделе российского ритейла, в дискуссии про ИИ, мне возразили, и возражение было сильным. Я говорил то, что мне кажется верным: пока в учётных системах данные грязные, ИИ поверх них опасен. Он не ошибается скромно, он галлюцинирует уверенно. Сложишь ИИ поверх бардака, получишь быстрый бардак. И тут одна из спикеров заходит с другой стороны. Технологии летят так быстро, что современные модели уже неплохо работают…

Я не сразу признал это вслух, но одна из самых живых наших ценностей нигде не записана. Больше того, на оперативках мы смеёмся, что она едва ли не важнее первых пяти. Лёша, спасибо, что подхватил тему. Подпишусь под пунктом про контекст. В офисе общее информационное поле заводится само, по дороге к кофе, и это сильно недооценивают. Тот самый пеший менеджмент: дошёл ножками, решил, пошёл дальше.
