На вчерашнем семинаре по оборудованию для тестирования в микроэлектронике и полупроводниковой промышленности мы впервые публично продемонстрировали интерактивный экран-помощник у Л2-156. Суть заключается в том, что можно создать набор предустановок для проверки разных типов ПП-компонентов. При выборе определённого, скажем, транзистора экранные образы ручек, которые на приборе выставлены некорректно, будут подсвечены …

Вторая новость на сегодня вот какая... Выше мы уже открыли свою тайну о том, что мы являемся разработчиком не только характериографа Л2-156, но и широкого спектра других приборов. В нашем портфеле сейчас более 20 своих тестеров и измерителей. А ведь за каждым из них стоит своя история, свои особенности измерения физических величин, целый мир. И обо всем хочется рассказать. На этой неделе Л2-156 переместился на соседнюю с предыдущей площадку и впервые оказался в чистых помещениях на радость, с лета ожидавшим его, профессионалам измерения ВАХ на пластине. Всячески поддерживаем интерес к нашему новому измерителю полупроводниковых приборов и рады всем комментариям, замечаниям и предложениям как улучшить наш характериограф.
