میدونم شرایط اقتصادی اصلا مناسب نیست و تهیهی برخی از این مواد غذایی ممکن هست همیشه امکانپذیر نباشه. این برنامه، صرفا حالت ایدهآل مراقبت تغذیهای هست و قرار نیست باعث فشار مالی بشه. لازم نیست همهی موارد رو عینا اجرا کنید. حتی یکسری تغییرات کوچک مثل اضافه کردن حبوبات، تخممرغ، سبزیجات فصلی، میوههای اقتصادیتر، مغزها در حد توان و بخصوص کاهش غذاهای فرآوریشده میتونه تاثیر قابل توجهی روی سلامت داشته باشه.
مسائلی ذهنم رو به خود مشغول کردهاند که در کنارشان، فعالیت در اینجا، برام همان اندک موضوعیت خودش رو از دست داده. با این وجود، کانال رو پاک نخواهم کرد، همانطور که هرگز لانهی عنکبوتی رو بر هم نزدم. ماه اینجا زرد به نظر میرسد و گمان میکنم هر آنچه در من فاسد شده بود، سهم ماه شد. هر موجودی که هستید، مراقبت کنید و فراموش نکنید که در نهایت، تنها تواناییهایتان نجاتبخش شما هستند.
