【《蘋果》在觀塘的最後一日】 （記：Roy、Edward 攝：Edward） 2021年6月24日，創刊廿六載的《蘋果日報》被迫走上末路。雖然早前已表明將增印達一百萬份，但不少市民仍然十分擔心買不到《蘋果》，早在凌晨兩三點已到報攤守候；而本報記者亦來到觀塘數個報攤了解情況。 翠屏的報攤一向通宵營業，而今晚亦有不少觀塘人來買蘋果。報攤負責人直言，近數日售賣量甚多，不少人都因支持《蘋果》而來，而其中亦會一口氣購買多份。 凌晨兩時多，梁女士早已在翠屏的報攤前等候報紙送達。她表示，自己多年來一直支持《蘋果》，對於停止營運感到非常可惜，最終亦不禁流下淚水，「佢哋係一班講真話嘅人，咁樣真係好陰公」。 同樣來買《蘋果》的阿杰，直指「香港新聞自由已經玩完」。他坦言，自己從來沒有買報紙的習慣，但因為《蘋果》，他仍然選擇凌晨前來，「好無力，做唔到啲咩，但都想留份回憶」。 而輔仁街的報攤則尚未營業，但甘女士卻早已在附近守候。她表示，自己多年…

沒有燭光的六四－觀塘人語 記攝：Edward 編：Roy 自1990年起，每年的6月4日，點點的燭光都會在維園靜靜燃起。然而隨著政權步步進迫，燭光晚會已連續兩年被警方禁止。而今年的打壓力度更勝去年，維園甚至被整個圍封；同時民政處亦明文警告各區區議員不可有相關的悼念活動，甚至作任何形式的政治表態。而去年曾經於觀塘海濱舉辦的悼念晚會，今年亦不復存在。但這又是否代表觀塘人不再關心，甚至遺忘六四？本報記者今天特意帶同數幅歷史圖片，在觀塘了解一下居民的想法。 繁忙的放工時間，歸心似箭的阿花（化名）看到記者手上所持的「坦克人」，仍然停下了腳步。目睹32年前的學生，20多歲的阿花直言自己不算熟悉當年歷史，但卻認為有些應該記得的事，他絕不忘記。當知道區議員被民政警告之事，阿花亦不禁嘆氣，指「佢哋想搞你，點搞都得」。他只希望大家在強權的攻勢下，繼續加油，堅持到底。 同樣是20多歲的的阿君看到「坦克人」的照片滿面愁容，「呢個咪係未來嘅香港」…
