Казалось бы, зачем постоянно уточнять на этикетках, что ручной сбор ? Кажется, это само собой разумеется. Но нет например в долине Луары, Франция, из 170 хозяйств руками собирают только 3. Всего три. Почему это уточнение не пустая формальность, а водораздел. Что такое механизированный сбор . Машина 8 тонн. Идёт по ряду туда обратно. Смотрю на новости из Франции. На регионы Шампани и Бургундии ударили морозы, виноделы жгут костры прямо на виноградниках, спасая будущий урожай.
