В последнее время очень плохо сплю. • Нужно попытаться выстроить режим сна заново, чтобы впоследствии больше не было этих проблем. В течении года может произойти, что он сдвинется, и мое состояние будет шатким из за недосыпа. Так и сейчас- меня клонит в сон только ближе к 12 или к часу ночи, а встаю к 6:30.
