Мошенничество от интернет-провайдера 🛜 Столкнулся с повреждением кабеля и его платным восстановлением. Как произошло и кому это выгодно. Что об этом говорит оператор провайдера и договор оферты. Штирлиц никогда не был так близок к провалу
Попался мне тут случайно один блог юриста об интеллектуальном праве. И я прям залип в его канале. Уж очень интересно и с примерами он описывает разные юридические аспекты и различные судебные тяжбы по вышеуказанной теме. И вот в этом посте о Wildberries есть интересный моментик. Очень напоминает политику Яндекс Еды в отношении штрафов. Которые завуалировано сервис называет «корректировкой дохода».
