Для меня ласточка — это как пьяная пуля. Быстрая и абсолютно непредсказуемая. Куда она полетит в данную секунду — неизвестно. В горном Алтае мне повезло увидеть целую стаю, которая оккупировала местную речку, разлившуюся от наводнения. Меня они не боялись, видимо понимая, что такое подобие ленивца им ни чего страшного сделать не может. Конечно, радовало, что они летали вокруг меня как большие мухи, но пару часов лежа…

Суровая сибирская весна. В горах и летом можно встретить снег на перевалах, но весной это смотрится эффектнее. Первые цветы только начинают вылезать из-под земли, надеясь впитать энергию солнца — и тут такое. Получается цветовое шоу на белой сцене. Самые интересные для меня фотографии животных получаются, когда на них видны эмоции. У некоторых птиц они ярко выражены. Например, лебеди чаще всего плавают парами, общаются между собой и соседями. Но у хищников всё сдержанно, строго. В основном сидят на отдельных ветках, у каждого свои задачи, и любое проявление чувств, запечатлённое в кадре, ценно. Эти моменты длятся несколько секунд. Проехав километров десять от границы с Россией вглубь Монголии, я попал в ливень. Ехать было бессмысленно — дворники не справлялись. Пару постов назад я жаловался: как же непросто снимать диких птиц в городе так, чтобы они на фото выглядели именно городскими, а не где-нибудь в глухом лесу. Сегодня после того, как отвел дочку в садик, пошел в сквер проведать семью ястребов. И неожиданно попал в разгар утренней трапезы. Не дойдя до места буквально 30 метров, встретил сову, которая кем-то завтракала (возможно, крысой), не обращая при этом внимания на свору ворон, которые выводили ее из терпения и, возможно, хотели отобрать добычу.
