❕У минулому році 325 рішень ОМС прийнято з порушенням Закону. Більше всього порушень здійснено міськими (110) та сільськими (109) радами. Переважна кількість рішень ОМС стосується встановлення місцевих податків і зборів (70) та відчуження майна комунальної власності (57).
