timbul persoalan, 'mengapa sahabat yang bertanya itu tidak menyebutkan zakat dan haji?' berdasarkan penulisan Imam Ibnu Al-Aththar, zakat termasuk dalam lafaz umum bagi kalimah "aku mengharamkan perkara yang haram" kerana zakat itu wajib diagihkan kepada golongan asnaf dan haram pemberi mengambilnya. bagi soal haji pula, beliau mengatakan ada kemungkinan soalan ini ditanya sebelum pensyariatan dan pemfardhuan haji.…
"aku mengharamkan perkara yang haram" bermaksud aku menjauhinya "aku menghalalkan perkara yang halal" bermaksud aku melakukannya dengan berkeyakinan bahawa ia halal
