Причина простая - история получилась слишком токсичной. Слишком много вопросов вызвала компания с уставным капиталом 10 тысяч, одним сотрудником и убытком, которой хотели отдать важнейшую городскую инфраструктуру на 49 лет…

Утро по-кировски: снег стеной, мусор горой Вот так кировчане каждый день встречают утро: двор утопает в снегу, контейнерка - в мусоре. И это становится нормой. Службы, как обычно, «в пути» - только путь, похоже, лежит мимо. И пока Куприт рапортует, что "усиленно прибирает контейнерные площадки", завалы на них усиленно растут.
