Что и требовалось доказать. Как я и писал в прошлом посте, никакого снижения стоимости тарифа на отопление не будет, и перерасчёта тоже. Власть ничего не контролирует, а частники, ссылаясь на какие-то «объективные факторы», раз за разом будут повышать нам стоимость отопления. В замечательное время живём. Время, где человек стал источником прибыли.

Депутаты из правящей партии за 30 лет своего главенства во власти всячески способствовали развалу всего коммунального хозяйства города. Они не возражали против приватизаций и концессий. А сейчас частники получают баснословную прибыль со всего этого, повышая тариф для нас, простых жителей и вкладывая копейки в модернизацию и обновление устаревшей инфраструктуры и гнилых труб. За 30 лет не было ни одного снижения цен…

Наконец-то Пенза дождалась справедливости. Я был депутатом Пензенской городской Думы прошлого созыва и многое видел. В том числе самоуверенного главу города Басенко и безхребетных депутатов от партии власти. Но что творилось в гордуме и администрации последние полтора года при Соболеве, это конечно предел всего дозволенного. Однако, хамское отношение к избирателям и коллегам, превышение полномочий, откровенное лобб…

Хочется чтобы наш город был комфортным для людей, чтобы создавалось больше зелёных зон, парков и скверов и тем самым улучшалась экологическая обстановка во благо жителей и будущих поколений. Но всегда найдётся «Единая Россия», которая протащит «нужное решение» и вместо нового парка будут новые дома. В очередной раз хочу спросить наших депутатов и чиновников: какой город вы хотите оставить своим детям и внукам Кирпи…

В основном я отрицательно отношусь к работе наших чиновников и должностных лиц. Очень часто критикую их, потому что есть за что. Но если человек ответственно и хорошо выполнил свою работу, я не стесняясь говорить ему слова благодарности. Вот и сейчас я хочу сказать спасибо главе администрации Ленинского района А.А. Максимову за его оперативность. Более трёх недель жители бились в разные инстанции и просили расшири…

Ничего не меняется, да и не изменится наверное. Как не работали у нас коммунальщики, так и не работают. Только одна показуха. Сейчас, зимой, мне очень часто звонят жители Ахун и ГПЗ и просто кричат о помощи. Люди говорят: «Когда Вы были депутатом, то у нас убирали снег, а сейчас о нас просто забыли. Хоть посоветуйте что делать». Телефоны районных администраций и контролирующих органов, которые выкладывают в интерне…

Проживая в этом районе, мне приходится по несколько раз в день проезжать по этой дороге, и я не разу не видел чтобы её качественно почистили. А ведь эта дорога на самом деле очень значимая для этого района, так как она единственная и ведёт к социально значимым объектам. И самое интересное, эта дорога на балансе МБУ «Пензавтодор», который обязан её убирать, а в итоге её убирает трактор из УК, значит опять за счёт жи…

Как коренной житель Пензы, я всегда выступал за улучшение, благоустройство и развитие нашего города. Но меня поражает реализация программы комплексного развития территории (КРТ), которая реализуется в Пензе. Что ни КРТ, то обязательно скандал.
