Kevin Warsh 看起來很快於本月就任美聯儲主席。 昨天參議院已對他的聯邦儲備理事會成員提名進行程序性投票（cloture vote，49-44通過），預計今天將完成最終確認投票。 流程先是投票確認成為理事會成員 -> 再進行投票成為主席。 主席的投票最快可能在本週進行。 過往美聯儲新主席就任後機構會進入觀望模式，當前股市也存在回調需求，大家也要特別注意風險了！⚠️ 今年搶先領漲（強勢）的 HYPE 已進入修正，與 ETH 的高點都同步出現在 4/17 號。若領漲山寨已進入回調，則 BTC 很快會在確立高位後開始進入整理階段。持續關注 blave.org 數據表現！

「五月進入流動性寬鬆階段，BTC 先登 8 再望 9」 繼續看好五月行情，上半月 BTC 將會收復 80,000，下半月還得看美聯儲新主席要搞什麼鬼！🥸 先說說美聯儲新主席 Kevin Warsh（圖一），上週提名聽證會 Warsh 也是真的展示他的圓滑之處，遇到關鍵的獨立性問題就開始打太極哈哈，其中最重要的重點是他認為對於通膨的標準要重新定義（非常有意思了😏），他主張不看傳統 CPI/PCE，改用「核心趨勢通膨」，本質上是把漲最多的東西去除，這可能讓通膨看起來變更低（因為漲多的都去掉了，啊也可以自己定義...），因此這更利於美聯儲進行降息。 目前對主席提名都算順利，機構預期 Warsh 有望在 5 月 15 日或中旬上任，極大可能性在 5/21 會議紀要或是 6/18 FOMC Warsh 就會再次給到市場他接下來的目標。目前推判 Warsh 極有可能配合白宮與財政部，為市場注入更多定心丸，他也是 AI 與加密貨幣的支持…

📝4/13 ~ 4/19 週重點更新： 「宏觀雜音 fading，liquidity back：下一段行情的劇本已經寫好」 重要的一週！大波動可能要來了🤯，到底會是川普再次搞事情還是伊朗戰局可以明朗化？但我個人認為整個中東紛爭對市場的影響力越來越小（當然除非事態繼續擴大），目前雙方都有誠意開始和談（雖然未成，但至少是好的開始），而且隨著戰爭時間越拖越久，川普團隊應該不會想看到這件事情變持久戰... 所以能夠 TACO 就 TACO。目前 Polymarket 認為 4 月底衝突結束的機率開始上升，而年底結束的機率還是保持在 90%以上，可見圖一。 關注戰爭動態是重要的，但已經沒那麼重要，現在更重要的是本週 Kevin Warsh 的發言，五月他即將登上美聯儲主席寶座，他接下來的政策與態度是目前另一個市場不確定性。針對 Warsh 接下來的作為，分析師與經濟學家也未形成共識，主要分兩派，一派認為 Warsh 終究會為政治服務…
