Я специально не указывала источник, интересно было посмотреть реакции. В общем, это статья голландского синолога. Я постаралась сохранить язык оригинала. Понятно, что статья написана для широкой аудитории, простым и эмоционально окрашенным языком, и в академических журналах автор использует другие выражения.
