Почему женщины выбирают соло-материнство? Потому что, где есть предательство и ложь. Ты должна уйти. Что бы у твоего ребенка тоже внутри была сила уходить там где плохо, и уметь выбирать себе 👐🏻💪🥹

Лишний вес … Это с детства… Когда ваша мама была лишена, поддержки от вашего отца, когда отца не было, он был холодным с вами или вашей мамой, он не давал маме ресурсов… Попробуйте теперь , когда вы начинаете кушать гуглить все что содержится в вашей еде, минералы и витамины… даже если это булочка, в ней тоже есть полезное! Для вашей психики 🌞

Вы были у психолога, вы работали с травмой… и вдруг вы понимаете, что в течении жизни, вы все равно вляпываетесь в последствия… это как не видимое окно, вы должны понимать это нормально, так бывает. Это не повод в себе сомневаться. Это просто жизнь.

Самое сложное в моем материнстве, это то, что я -психолог… Какая-то часть говорит меня просто живи…. А какая-то видит пространство, которое формирует поле для травм. Но одно я точно знаю, чтобы это ни как не влияло, надо быть сильно и всегда делать выборы в пользу себя. Тогда и у ребенка будет сильная внутренняя опора!

На днях исследовала тему, длительной терапии. И Аргентина это 1 место, где люди заботятся о своем психическом здоровье, психолог включен в страховку, как и другие доктора. Австралия, Западная Европа, и большие города США, люди заботятся о себе. Развивают свое сознание, и знают куда идти если вдруг тревожное расстройство, депрессия, и тд Интересно, что Россия и Казахстан стоит на последнем месте как и Пакистан, страны…
