Для Алпразолама (Ксанакса) эта математика работает зеркально, что и делает его королем рекреации и быстрых транков. Emax (положительная аллостерик модуляция в процентах) важнее сродства (аффиности). Информация действительна, но не так как хотелось бы. Как бы вы не старались, из клона нельзя превратить тяжелый танк в ксанакс. Альфа 5 сабьюнит ГАМК-А мгновенно погасит хоть и возможно расторможенный дофамин, ибо emax к ним у него больше. Как итог, нужна доза меньше чем орально, к примеру приняли 2 мг орал - 2.5 мг сублинвально будет. И бьет мешком быстрее, и вероятно в мозгу застревает дольше. Ну - на любителя. Не …

update+ альфа 4 сабьюнит и альфа 6 сабьюнит ГАМК-А вообще слепы к бензодиазепинам, ну не связываются они никак. Не подходит геометрия вещества к сабьюниту. Это интервенция, как смахнуть tmax клона в сторону алпра. Я же разбирал, что алпр такой наркогенный из-за быстрого c(t)max. К осведомлению, существуют таблетки клоназепама ODT (orally disintegrating tablets) заокеаном где-нить в запиндосии хуй его знает, изучайте. Т.е. - табл клона под язык и однохуйственно. В мозг попадает быстрее. Ну на те вам этот ODT. На этом у меня все.

Experience time. Для тех, кто хочет из пресного клона получить нормальный препарат обладающий хоть какой-то живностью. Приблизить к алпру - аля. К сведению, клоназепам среднежирорастворимый - но это не является минусом. Это плюс. Больше в мозг попадает, в жировых депо тела не задерживается. Для сведения тем, кто юзает трамадол и хочет больше опи эффекта. Грейпфрут сок не эффективен. Юзайте дилтиазем - ингибирует CYP3A4 в печени, снижает конверсию в M2 (NET ингибитор метаболит структура предпологает сохранение аффиности) и замедляет расщепление M1(одсмт) до неактивного M5. Не трогает CYP2D6 что нужен для превращенмя трама в одсмт. Сок не эффективен по той причине, что ингибит ферменты нужные лишь в кише…
