Давно охотился за этой книгой. И тут она вдруг "выскочила" на «Озоне», и я, конечно же, тут же её ухватил. Издана она ещё в 2000 году в Петрозаводске, но, живя далеко от Карелии, я её в своё время упустил. В книге представлены абсолютно все жанры фольклора: эпические, свадебные и лирические песни, заговоры, детский фольклор, причитания, сказки, частушки, легенды и предания, поверья и магические представления, бытовы…

PUHUO Значения слова ”puhuo”/”puhua” в карельском и в финском языке тоже немного разошлись. по-карельски ”PUHUO” = «ДУТЬ» по-фински ”PUHUA” = «ГОВОРИТЬ» Вообще, ”puhuo”/”puhua” – древний общеуральский дескриптивный (описательный) глагол, обозначающий «дуть». И карельский язык сохранил, в общем-то, его исконное значение. Но и финском языке можно найти следы этого исконного значения, например, в финском слове ”puhuri”…
