کاکوتو گری:ضربه یا لگد چکشی پا.این ضربه بصورت چکشی با پاشنه پا اجرا می شود. پای ضربه زننده عقب در یک مسیر از داخل به بیرون پای جلو حرکت کرده و پس از بالا رفتن پا در زمان فرود نزدیک به محور وسط بدن فرود می آید.

اوچی ماواشی گری:لگد دورانی از داخل بدن.این تکنیک پا مثل ماواشی است با یک تفاوت اساسی ،مسیر اجرای تکنیک از داخل بدن بسمت بیرون می باشد و در حالت کلاسیک با بل پا اجرا می شود اما در کمیته می توان با پشت پا هم آن را اجرا کرد هم برای جودان و هم چودان.این تکنیک را می توان بعنوان یک حرکت اغفالی شروع و در نیمه مسیر به ماواشی تبدیل کرد ولی نیازمند تمرین زیاد است
