Практически завершена реставрация дома 13 по ул. Красинцев - объекта культурного наследия. Проводится итоговая проверка инспекторами Госстройнадзора. Ждем заключение. Накануне поговорили со специалистами, завершающими работы. Вдохновляет то, как преобразился дом, ставший живым свидетелем более чем столетней истории Петропавловска-Камчатского.
