16 недель, животик куда-то пропал🤣 При этом заметно позвоночник согнулся, талия такая же, как была до беременности. А все дело в чем? Все дело в том, что я села на диету от вздутия и на минимальном дефиците (200 ккал), т.к. много набрала в первом триместре (4-5 кг) Теперь внизу только малышик ощущается, даже легкие шевеления чувствую 🦋
