无意发现的百分百成功冥想技巧： 这些年尝试坚持冥想很多次都失败了，今天突然好像开悟，找到了那个『瞬间进入冥想状态』状态的法门：道理很简单，就是**决定开始冥想时，尝试保持眼球不动就好了**。睁眼闭眼都没问题。 在眼球静止后，一瞬间感觉自己固定在了当下，不需要再处理“时间”这个概念了。想起当年上课时有学到人在处理场景记忆时，眼球会无意识的按照时间线方向运动，大部分人对时间的概念是从左往右的。通过静止眼球来进入冥想状态，也阻止了思维回顾时间线的尝试。这有点类似于跑步时如果想坚持跑下去的话需要『努力挥动手臂』一样的道理。
