Единственное, что легко даётся в иммиграции, так это набрать лишний вес хаха(( Почти все, кого я знаю, набрали пару (а то и все десять) кг после переезда в Америку. Включая меня, к сожалению. Я не знаю, почему так выходит, наверное, в еде много сахара/масла/еще какой-нибудь химозы. Зал и диеты помогают в лучшем случае поддерживать текущее состояние, но почти ничего не скидывать. В январе исполнилось 4 года с тех пор, как я переехала в США. Путь был (и остаётся) нелёгким. Были взлёты и падения, и я бы сказала, что падений было больше.
